You will receive a full refund (less cartridges) within 5 business days upon receipt. Your purchase MUST be made on our website to receive a refund.

If additional items (paid or free) are included with your SmokeTip Kit the complete package must be returned - this includes additional refill cartridges. While evaluating our product please be sure to not open additional sealed packs of cartridges - if they are used they cannot be returned and cannot be refunded. This includes, but not limited to, any promotional item(s).
